Report a Lost or Stolen Visa Card
If your VISA Credit or Debit card has been lost or stolen, please call 1-800-991-4965opens phone dialer 24-hours a day, 7-days a week to have transactions blocked.
You will also need to call the credit union at 801-328-1521opens phone dialer during normal business hours so we can order you a new card with a new number.
